Once you, as the planner, have determined the vision for the event, the coordinator assists in making that a day reality.”
The most important thing that I can do for you is to let you sit back and enjoy the party. I want you to have total control over the entire planning process, but when it comes to the day of, it is my job to to make it all come to life.
Most coordinators have the difficult task of organizing everything on-site with only a few hours before the event begins as well as during the event itself. This, of course, is when most problems occur, which is why a good coordinator is focused, organized and resourceful.
